1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 30jilli ("30jilli," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 30jilli website located at 30jilli.net and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 30jilli, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full features of the 30jilli Platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. 30jilli will never ask for your password.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify 30jilli immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. 30jilli shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• KYC Compliance: 30jilli is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license) and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 30jilli Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 30jilli accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards may also be accepted subject to availability.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, subject to change at 30jilli's discretion with prior notice.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers are typically completed within the same business day, subject to banking hours and network conditions.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 30jilli reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted based on your account verification status and transaction history.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 30jilli is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

30jilli offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 30jilli reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any player from any promotion.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 30jilli Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. The following general principles apply across all games:

• Random Number Generation: All game outcomes on 30jilli are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game results are independent, random, and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including 30jilli.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 30jilli Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 30jilli staff through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such bugs must be reported to 30jilli support immediately.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable Philippine law.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 30jilli Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 30jilli or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 30jilli.
• The 30jilli name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 30jilli. You may not use these marks without prior written authorization.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to 30jilli may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 30jilli's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• No Consequential Damages: 30jilli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Service Availability: 30jilli does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
• Third-Party Content: 30jilli is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party game providers whose games are made available through the Platform.
• Force Majeure: 30jilli shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or other force majeure events.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

30jilli reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests submitted through the responsible gaming tools.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

• Informal Resolution: In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact 30jilli support and attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.
• Formal Disputes: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
• Regulatory Complaints: Players may also submit complaints to PAGCOR or the relevant regulatory authority overseeing 30jilli's operations.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable game rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and 30jilli with respect to your use of the Platform.
